Pune City Overview

About city:
Pune is india's eighth largest metropolitican city and the second largest in the state of Maharashtra. Around 5,049,968 people are living there life happily in Pune. Pune city is known for best Maratha culture city in Maharashtra. Pune city has given big history to India; Chhatrapati Shivaji is one of them.  Many big Kings has driven the pune city in History like Peshwa’s, Maratha, Mughal etc. Pune is the cultural capital of Maharashtra.

Today, the city is also known for Manufacturing, Automobile, Government & Private sector Research Institutes, Information technology (IT) and Educational, Management, Training institutes that attract migrants, students and Professionals not only from India but also students from South East Asia, Middle East and African countries. National defense Academy (NDA) center is also situated in Pune.
